Here are some basic maintenance tips you can use to keep your equipment
in proper, safe working order.
Elliptical Electronic Issues
Issue: Unit doesn't power up:
- Check the connection of the power cord from the machine to the
wall outlet.
- Plug a lamp or radio into the outlet to see if the wall outlet
has power.
- If a light switch controls the outlet, turn it on.
- Check to see that the light on the power supply lights up.
- If you have verified power from the outlet, you may have a faulty
power supply.
- Contact Fitness & Exercise Supply Co. at (603) 898-9946
for assistance.
Issue: Console blinks on/off:
- Check the power cord connections.
- Make sure the connections are secure from the transformer into
the machine base and to the wall outlet.
- The console connections could be faulty. Refer to the assembly
instructions and check connections.
- If the issue persists contact Fitness & Exercise Supply

Issue: Console does not work:

If your elliptical computer console repeatedly or frequently crashes,
then it may need to be replaced. Contact Fitness & Exercise
Supply Co. at (603) 898-9946 for assistance.
Mechanical Issues
Issue: Handlebars are loose/wobble side to side:
- The screws securing the moving handlebars to the pivot shaft
must be very tight.
- Refer to the assembly instructions and remove the handlebar
covers and tighten these screws.
Issue: Handlebars are loose/wobble front to back:
- IMPORTANT:
Contact your local dealer for service.
Issue: Machine wobbles and is unstable on the floor:
- The adjustable levelers may not be properly set on the machine.
There are our adjustable revelers, located on the bottom of the
elliptical. See assembly instructions to correctly adjust and
lock the revelers.
- If your machine is located on a soft surface such as carpet,
you may wish to stabilize the unit by purchasing a heavy duty
floor mat from Fitness & Exercise Supply, Co. to place under
your machine.
